After a long period of hard work by CIEM, Visions & Associates, VCCI and the GTZ SME Promotion Project, the final study on BDS Legal Environment in Vietnam has been finalized. As the next step, the workshop to present study will be co-organized by VCCI, CIEM, Visions & Associates, and GTZ on 09 June, 2004. The workshop will take place in half a day in the morning at VCCI conference hall. Not only will the workshop share with us key findings of the study, it will also show us how different key market facilitators have fed the results into different government’s legal documents as an example of best practices in interventions in BDS markets. This will also be an opportunity for us to discuss the study and the next steps which should be taken in order to improve the legal environment for different BDS markets in Vietnam.
